The Great Hill Cottage Community consists of the construction of 9 homes for sale to families at or below 100% of the area median income for Guilford. This equates to approximately $60 - 90k depending on family size. Currently all the homes are spoken for and we have a waiting list of 12 families. Our target completion date is May 2023 however the town of Guilford is considering donating some land for a similar project of additional homes on separate lots that would be available in early 2024.
